We will send you your full written Building Inspection Report firstly via email or fax and then secondly the original Report by post. 

You will receive your full written Report by email or fax, in most cases, the business day following the inspection.

If you have an URGENT situation we can sometimes organise to have the Report emailed or faxed to you on the same day of the inspection or over the weekend if the inspection is carried out on a Friday.

That’s right – we are so confident of our ability in providing you with a Report on time - that we are prepared to back this up with a promise to refund your fee if we don’t deliver on time.
